[Request] Make permanent items unlocked via Hextech Crafting giftable

Hello, EUW player here.

Hextech Crafting has been enabled today on EUW. Since I wanted to try out, I bought some chests & keys bundles. Everything went fine, but, I am an old player and I already own every released champions. And, since Champion Shards can only be disenchanted as Blue Essence, its use is limited to acquiring another Champion. Then, every Champion Shard acquired has an usefulness equaling zero to me.

However, since these items are kept in an "inventory" and are permanent items, I wondered if you have any plans about enabling players to gift items unlocked via Hextech Crafting. In my case, the Rumble & Jayce Permanent Champions aren't gonna be of any use since I already own them. This is really sad considering that these come from ordinary hard-to-obtain Chests and as such, I find this kinda punishing not being able to do anything we've what I earned. This is a bit frustrating, because well, I do not have any need for something I already own, and whatever slot in the chest could have been anything else is wasted.

In addition, this would be quite newcomer-friendly to be allowed to give to a friend beginning the game some Champions you could have earned this way which wouldn't be useful to yourself.

I may not have noticed if you (Riot) talked about it, but according to moobeat on Twitter, that's currently not the case, so I made this thread to request it.
