Hey Riot. Many of my friends have received their free skins from the event today. I have not. I don't recall ever being banned or committing an offense. I was wondering if someone could tell me what I did wrong over the past year or so.

It's going to take a few more days (perhaps early into next week) to make sure everyone who has qualified for a gift gets one. This is going out to millions of players all over the world, and we wouldn't want to overload our servers all at once :)
I would like to know the same thing.
Excuse me for this post..But what if I get an error message from riot? Is it the skin or was it something wrong with the cilent?
