RIP Harrowing

Riot, I know just how important worlds is to you - it's the world championship, of course it's important, however I'm really hurt that you guys could spare 10-20 minutes releasing any halloween skins/ward skins/ summoner icons/ effect or ANYTHING. Is there even any point releasing Zombie Nunu, Slayer Jinx and Slayer Pantheon anymore? I thought they were halloween skins but apparently not. The shadow isles lore update is alright, but then again it's like worlds - not every league of legends player cares at all about it. I care about worlds, but I also care about the game itself... If you opened up the vault or released some harrowing skins you would've got so much money put into the riot points so I just don't understand at all why you didn't, it really doesn't make sense... it's like you stopped caring about the players that aren't in LCS... You make me feel like moving to Smite

Riot, we all want something in return for this disappointing year - You've buffed 4 juggernauts until at least 2 of them are banned in every god damn ranked match, you buffed Vayne who doesn't need a buff at all, you nerfed Quinn who didn't need it... Your balance changes are hurting us and your lack of caring about the people who put many MANY hours into this "game" hurts us... Sort yourself out
