I DONT THINK SO. people are crying so much about him being broken. i think the old graves was better. maybe I'm just based, but his reload between his 2 shots seems to be a mega nerf is his blitzing style of attack. might as well have made a new adc with a shotgun.

First day of rework, nobody know how to play him, still 55% win rate for 55% popularity.
Yeah, not broken.
The reload scales really well with attack speed, so I don't think it was really a nerf.
As for broken? I don't think so. He's clearly strong, but he also has clear weaknesses that are not really being abused right now. Whether that's because of things that prevent us from abusing them (team comps making him too safe or new item sustain with his naturally high tankyness making him too tough) or whether we're just not adapting as fast as we should be is something we'll have to let time tell us.
