Taking a Ranked Loss Hit+Time-Out due to Trolls

Someone in a ranked game tonight, decided they were going to troll just to demote themselves in ranked. I didn't know this going into queue, and I sure as hell wasn't going to waste half an hour of my time because of someone who was going to feed, and troll an AD Anivia, when I'm trying to make some progress climbing out of Bronze hell for the second season. I dodged, and took the hit on my LP, as well as a Time-Out. Sadly, this is the fate of a lot of people who would rather take that hit, as opposed to a time-waster, on top of a large LP loss. The person in this particular case has had their name withdrawn, however it has happened more than once, and I'm sure I'm not the only one. There should be an option to vote leave a queue or votekick someone without a penalty if there is a troll present. The community is already absolutely horrid in its darkest hours, and they've taken to crawling around in the sun now. We need ways to counter the less reputable in our community, or it's going to sink into hell even faster than it already is.

You shouldn't name people. It can get you in trouble. Report them after a game. If you can't (such as when you leave a game early), you can still report them via the support link at the top right of this site.
