Flex??? Solo/Duo????

So is it just me or is everyone getting horrible ranks for the new ranked queues. Also i have some questions.

1. is there rewards for flex queue?
2. Will my data for 2016 ranked transfer to flex queue?
3. are the rewards going to the highest rank out of the three(tt ranked, flex, and solo/duo) For example if i get plat in flex and gold in solo/duo will i get the plat rewards, or am i just getting the gold. Thank you to anyone who answered. I know a lot of these questions cant be answered just because there isn't enough data right know.
