Ranked queue idea

Could Riot think about implementing a ranked system where you pick a role you want to play and then enter matching system.

So for example i would select mid as the role i want to play and then queue with that picked. Matching system would then match me with team mates that picked other roles.

Also there could be a check box that would say 'Willing to support' or 'Willing to jungle' since those are less popular roles.

Things like this would help in all the confusing and arguing in pick screen. (Pick order vs call).
