Option to mute player pings

Hey all, to the point, well I've gotten games with players that have used pinging wisely and effectively while some others use pinging to order around or point out the obvious (ping the turret that everyone's hitting, etc), maybe even spamming.

If they add that option it can be beside the mute button. Hmm why can't I just mute the pings myself? I could mute pings but its not always everyone that pings badly, I sometimes prefer to mute everyone (in chat) and focus on pings cause they grab my attention to move into action.

Certain players overuse it and make me not care to respond to pings entirely, I know its my preference, but with the negative players I've seen out there( I'm sure others too), sometimes I prefer you to ping me than to chat, but at least I can mute players chat if needed.

We can't mute pings and just have to accept the spams (if it occurs). :/ I think this suggestion would be helpful.
