What are some of the best champions to master at low ranks?

Im in silver 5 right now and i always play different champs. I do ok with most of them but i want a champ i can master and destroy people with at lower ranks. I also recently have been playing lots of blind pick seeing who i think would be fun and challenging to master but in the end can carry games. Thanks alot guys!

Some of my favorite toplaners.

But really, you can carry with most champs, so long as they can do damage or CC. If you set up a pentakill and your carry gets it, you da real mvp.
