Champion ro buy?

Hello, I got some RP leftover (1004) and i was wondering wich champ i want to buy, i have been looking at the champs Vi, Illaoi and Lissandra and i cannot really choose wich one of these champ i should buy. I enjoy playing high damage characters that arent too difficult and that have a nice amount of sustain, i like having at least one source of cc and thats 1 of the reasons i am thinking about lissandra, a point that i like about vi is about her gapclosers (q and ult). My point for Illaoi is that she has ridicolous sustain and damage. Thank you if u read this and please comment below

Don't buy champions with RP. It's a waste. Just farm and use IP save RP for skins or rune pages or something.

Don't buy Vi unless you're ready to jungle. She's pretty much exclusively a jungler. Seeing as how you're only level 24, I'd say to hold off on the jungling unless you've got all the tier 3 runes you can equip on a rune page right now. If you DO jungle or plan on doing so, definitely pick up Vi, because she's pretty simple and easy for beginner junglers to pick up. If not, keep in mind Illaoi has no CC outside of a highly unreliable slow, and Lissandra has no sustain outside of her "free spell every X seconds" passive and her ult healing herself, neither of which is really.. great. At that point it's just a question of whether you like mages or in your face bruisers more.

If you're set one of of those three Lissandra is fun up top I'm not a huge fan of her mid, but her top is fairly strong. Vi jg and top is really fun too. Personally though I'd pick Vi. She's really easy imo with only three abilities. She has her gap closer Q, the W is basically a passive, her E is just fantastic, and her ult just lets you electric slide into whatever unlucky soul you targeted. She has some good damage and you can go glass cannon or more tanky while still dealing good damage.
