I'm not sure if players or riot did this but bots are in TT all the time and you can tell because its always the flash, ghost and warlords bloodlust keystone and sometimes there are three of them Riot plz tell me why there are bots on TT.

Riot doesn't put bots into PvP games, so any bots you do find there are due to players. Generally it's people farming for xp/ip and not caring how many games they ruin.

Report them in the post-game lobby for botting, and include why you think it's a bot.
