cant even win in a normal game
idk what is wrong i come back after a week off and i cant get a break just none stop stomps and its become very unfun is this what league is turning into?

This is what I imagined when i read this. Its been a week since you last played a game, (at least for me, about 3 days and the game goes stale for me). You sit down relaxed ready to have some fun. The first game mid lane feeds an assassin as you do your best to ease back into farming as the ADC. NOPE. game ends in 25 min due to fed laner and your lack of damage going 2/7/9 with a sup Brand who felt his need to take over the role as the bot lane carry. You are now on tilt and that slowly effects the rest of your games.
Although that may not have been exactly what happened, I feel as if you came back almost expecting a win after relieving yourself for so long from such a high stress game. Take what you want, but I believe after a long break starting up a few ARAM games or even bots to warm up and build confidence with some easy wins (Bots) or truly good fun (ARAM) is the way to go. As I see it, you took the break to get away but started the game without even cracking your fingers. Happy Climbing :)
What is the lane that you main, most of the time after a quick break you often want to get together with some friends and play a couple customs to get back into the flow of that lane. If you are trying to play a new lane or a lane, often this leads to you not doing well and often making you turn away from this lane. If this is the case play someone that is friendly to that lane. If you are playing top i would suggest someone like trundle, he is my main top and he is fun and quite easy to get into. Jungle i would suggest someone that isnt too weak in jg and ganking, often this leads to people along the lines of Mumu, Yi, or even Vi. For mid lane people like Annie or even karma, people that dont need to worry to much about mana issues. Even lux would be a good choice. For adc's someone that isnt to hard to play but has decent escape or all in is often good, my main pick for getting into adc was Lucian and Ezreal. For support often people that are very cc heavy and tanky like Naut or leona. For leo you require a bit of thinking before going in, often you want to think if it is a good choice, and if you are leo MAX W DAMNIT the tankyness and damage is no joke.
