The AFK and Trolls and Tilt is just ruining this game.

Ever since the last patch (the one that added the timers) I've played about 25 games. Most of them ranked. I am not exaggerating when I say that at least 20 of those games were plagued with either an AFK, troll, or player on tilt. About HALF of those 20 were AFK (7 on my team to about 3 on the enemy team - but that isn't the point). A player that goes AFK completely ends the game 98% of the time in my experience. Trolls are just as bad (purposefully feeding or doing really stupid things). Players on tilt happen a lot, but just muting that player usually limits that problem.

The point is, this seems to be happening a disgusting amount lately. And it is ruining one of my favorite games. Has this been happening a lot to anyone else since the last patch? The community just seems so bad right now. It only takes 1 person out of 10 to destroy the game. How can we limit that? I for one want to see less cool skins, new champions, mini game modes, and that type of stuff in lieu of some huge meaningful additions / changes on how player behavior is handled.

EDIT: Originally had this in Gameplay Balance and it was removed. Funny because it ruins all semblance of balance when it is not a 5v5 match. But I understand what they mean.
