How do you feel if you submitted the ticket then after few emails , you asked the "specialist" to check the cases again and asked him/her about "trolls and sexual harass will never get PUNISHMENT!?" And He/She replied you "I encourage you to not chat at all if you don't have anything kind or constructive to say."

How do you feel?

Well, if everyone did that then there wouldn't be any harassment. Honestly, I might tell them to leave it alone but I would rather not feed the fire. All the trolls want is attention and thinking they are affecting people. Ignoring it is depriving them of their entertainment. Just report at the end of the match.
