Victorious Skins

Hi, im a Gold Support Main that started playing in S6. I happen to main Janna, and every time i go to pick a skin to use i cringe because i see Victorious Janna there LOCKED. So i thought that maybe Riot should make an event that allows us to Trade Victorious Skin for a Victorious Skin in the shop, but only have this event for a day or weekend. I would be 100% willing to trade the Victorious Maokai skin that i will NEVER use for Victorious Janna, and also pay the appropriate price for it. Assuming this event does take place Vintage Tags would be rewarded to summoners who already own the skin to be fair. You guys did state "we believe skins are primarily about self-expression and fun, not exclusivity." so why make Victorious Skins exclusive? I do understand that Victorious Skins were only awarded to summoners who reached Gold by the end of the season. But ALOT of people join every year and i think its fair to give them a chance to get a Victorious Skin that they want. If we trade Victorious Skins we are still coming out the of the trade with the same number of Victorious Skins except we are more happy with what we have. Im sure there are millions of summoners who feel the same way and are looking to get a Victorious Skin that they always wanted. Another theory, maybe make Victorious Chests, so these chest would act as normal chest except they have a slim chance of dropping a Victorious Skin, and these chest could be sold only during an event.
