Why not add a "vote to kick" option?

I've played this game for a long time and I've always wondered what stops Riot from putting a vote to kick option in place.

My idea would be that in a similar way to surrender votes you could remove a player from the game who is judged by the other 4 as being either useless, a troll, toxic or afk. Then you could have an option where people can queue to replace kicked players. Replacement players would not lose LP if the game ends in a loss, and could earn points toward special exclusive rewards only obtainable via replacing people.

Players who 4 people have voted to kick would come up in a report at Riots end and be investigated/punished.

I think this could alleviate a lot of problems.

because people are aholes, especially groups of little american azn kids who don't get their yasuo way so someone would get kicked who actually didn't deserve it. But if you think about getting kicked by them is the best thing you could do...most likely saves you a guaranteed loss.

Then it should be a loss for the kicked player

If you're kicked you should defs get the loss. As well as further discipline because if you are judged by 4 other players, a maximum of 2 (or 3 if you waste time in flex) are together, you're probably in the wrong.
