You probs want a decision making champ not a mechanics champ.
if you want a new champ just to play something diff...Ashe is cheap and always decent.
Miss Fortune is my favorite ADC but to be honest I have a lot of fun with nearly every ADC. Ironically, the only ADCs I don't have at least level 5 mastery on are Vayne, Twitch, Ezreal, Draven and Kalista.
I mained Miss Fortune because her laning phase is very strong and her ult can single handedly win a team fight in the late game. She just felt very easy and natural.
I would stick with twitch, pretty op in my silver elo
