Teamwork ribbon op
Is there a certain amount of teamwork honors that you must receive before you get the ribbon? (I am currently at 696 and i have seen people with 20 honors and the ribbon)

I think it's a frequency thing, i.e. what percentage of games you get it in.
Okay, first of all, you're a liar, you've never seen anybody with 20 honor with a ribbon that's complete horse shit. Second, you need around 1-2 thousand to get the ribbon, as I've heard.
As far as I'm aware, in order to get the ribbon you have to have enough be within a % of players on the sever. So yeah, you're looking at at least a couple thousand of them. You see them all the time in Co-op Vs AI games though, due to how relaxed it is in those games people just throw em around to their entire team.
It SHOULD be a consistency thing but it simply isn't. Not that it would matter, there is no real incentive to getting or giving honor so nobody bothers anymore, except for the aforementioned Bot Games.
