Best VOIP?

So I'm looking for a good VOIP program to work well with league of legends as I like to talk to my friends, we currently use Skype, but I was wondering if there was anything possibly better... suggestions?

I use Discord with my friends and so far it's been amazing. You can also give people in your game a link that will allow you to talk with you without disclosing your IP, and then you can kick them so that they can't rejoin allowing for easy, per game communication with your team.
