I cant seem to win much games with only playing support thresh

Almost every game my lane does fine. It seems like all my other lanes lose more than 70% of the time. Not really trying to blame them but i just seem to have bad luck with thresh. Right now i have 3 wins 5 loss in placements. In abour 4 of those 5 games i had people just arguing all game and losing lane. Any ideas why I might be getting bad luck with him?

EDIT: Game after, guy bans another ones zed and he rages and is going to intent feed...

Thresh needs a functional team. If your team can't collapse, your hook instantly becomes meaningless. If your team doesn't click on lantern, then it's just a shield with weak strength. If your adc doesn't do damage, your peeling is just prolonging your defeat.
