PBE wait time for approval

I have applied to the PBE and I have only applied once before and was not accepted so I don't know these things, my problem is that I don't know how long the wait time is to tell you if you have been accepted for PBE or not accepted, or even if you get an email for either. So if anyone can help me thank you.
