Hello, I think it might be an idea to allow people to view champions and skins or possibly just skins while they are waiting the 5/20 mins bans. when people hardcore play league 20 mins is a long wait for some, so they may like to look through loads and loads of skins in that time and see that one motherload skin... so perchance some RP's?
