@Riot Loss Prevention for AFKs.

Riot really needs to implement some sort of Loss Prevention for the team with an AFK. Not if he just dc'd for 5-10 min. But, if someone never connected, or has been afk for more than 20 minutes, it's not fair to lose 20 LP because someone on your team AFKs. Even if you refuse to implement this, atleast halve the LP loss, do something.
