Matchmaking Champions stuck at 0

I begin by going to ranked and when I click the check mark I chose the champion I would like to play. After banning phase, about the 3rd champion pick it gets stuck at 0, and I get this message saying something like "there seems to be an error, if it continues, contact league or go to the forums." well I got that message twice then after 2 minutes I got returned to lobby because I ran out of time to_** LOCK IN **my champion, but remember " ITS NOT EVEN MY TURN!" Now I have to wait 5 minutes because it thinks that I am being inactive, please fix before I end up with a longer wait time for no reason, especially when i'm feeling_ ranky ...( this doesn't happen often) .
