what riot should do for que
I think that riot should do the match finding like you select a role you want to play when you que and you should be able to find other people with different roles so no one has problems when we in picks and bans

Google "Team Builder". This is already up on the PBE and will be Live soon.
They're already working on something similar if I remember well.
Pretty good idea though, then there's no fighting for lanes unless there's a troll
this is not so much a report of this player but a complaint to your system if the goal of promos is to make to carry the game this gives an unfair advantage to people who play kill hevy champions (kat, akali, lissandra, ANY ADC, jayce ext.) but champions like ammumu, sejuani, trundle, ANY TANK, yorick nasus ext. mar much harder to carry games with. im not saying its impossible but a champion or role that is tanky or less damage focused are much harder to carry with and you must rely on the damage on the players that the system makes sure are worse than usual.
