So i join a game as Twisted Fate, and immediately my game crashes, of course. I reconnect 2 minutes late to began laning against a shaco. I begin to fall behind and die to him and the enemy jungler. But then my ping jumps to 1000+ and nothing is easy to do. The rengar on my team becomes very toxic and blames the state of the game on me, and says that i am just whining about lagging.The shaco tho was very understanding and told the rengar to stop it. After dying to minions a few times, i somehow find my way to a teamfight and help our rengar get a triple kill before dying. The game then becomes pretty even and we are even pushing some lanes. Suddenly, the enemy team surrenders because they are tired of the toxic rengar harassing me. And after the game, half the enemy team honors me, and one of my teammates talked with me about the problem for a good ten minutes.

Yeah, what people don't understand is that there are a lot of really good people on League, it's just that people emphasize the bad more than the good. While I find somebody toxic almost every game, I also see two or three people defend me as well. The League community is only bad if you look at it that way, but if you look for the good, you'll find it.

A friendly shaco? that would restore my faith as well. There are a lot of good people on league though. When multiple people are toxic to someone on their team I find that those people are que'd together and mob mentality takes over.

I literally played the #BlameGameSona yesterday. Had a Draven who literally just played so shitty and then decided he would go steal the jungler's blue and take midlane's farm and after my team mates defended me, my computer's GPU crashed (sigh). By the time I got back, the people who were calling me useless had then lost us the game to the point we couldn't return and we lost. Then it was the "report sona for troll" in the chat.

Not one time did I start getting toxic. I just kept putting hash tags about blaming Sona.

Congratz on your team, wish I could have had some people who didn't treat me like a punching bag. It was nice to hear someone in the enemy team tell me they loved me after game though. Made the anger subside a lot.

Reminds me of a game where my team was a 4v5. My team was the 4. We held our own against the other team which was crazy good teamfight comp. Needless to say, we go destroyed almost every teamfight but we were still able to push to their inhib turrets and eventually, the other team surrendered and said that we deserved the win. There are some pretty nice people on League but it seems that the nasty and toxic people show themselves more sometimes.

I would have reported the enemy team for assisting enemy team. Intentionally losing a game is inexcusable.

I find it's much more common to find the kindness and understanding on the opposing team, because they are actually profiting (rather than suffering), from whatever issues are going on on your team. Of course, they could always play off of that and try to exacerbate the arguing in your team, to try to get you to tilt, so it's nice they didn't do that here.

General Keith also has a great point. Unless you're with a duo/trio/quad (oh god the horror of playing with a 4-man premade), others often get defensive on your behalf, because most people just want toxics/flamers to shut up.

I am deciding to comment on this Board because i rarely get involved in forum discussions in any game that I'm new to. That being said, I feel like Riot has taken advantage of its administrative privileges and truly ruined my gameplay experience when I am a good person on League. So I started about 3 months ago. I spent a lot of time watching "videos for beginners" learning the game from watching and from playing AI to start and moved quickly into PVP further educating myself on a variety of different gameplay styles and builds while taking multiple days a week to just watch my buddy who is in Gold division who got me into the game play his account for me to better gain an understanding of "how to be good". Investing the time resulting in me filling leadership roles and become a leader among my friends group. I always play with a full lobby of friends and was designated as a great mentor and had been recognized by Riot as a most honorable player after achieving my great mentor accolade. Cool this made me more motivated to play yada yada yada. So i have a game where a guy is making homophobic remarks n and going off on me and other teammates when he was the only ONE in MY lobby of MY friends and was being nasty and forcefully feeding like a child and reported me and Riot stripped me of my accolades. After contacting Riot customer support directly with a nice customer relations electronic complaint i received an automated email back saying sorry go type on the forums and see if anyone cares sorry we don't look at all of these. Then I got on today and ALL of my HUNDREDS of HONORABLE LIKABLE HELPFUL TEAMWORK ACCOLADES ALL GONE. All gone. I put 3 months in and all my friends that I play on here everyday with don't understand how I get so ridiculously ridiculed by Riot when I am the logical one ASKING others to stop harassing when they say or what you'll report me and I say yes....That was actually me......People would then and still would respond with the nastiest of vulgar aggressive profanity some with summoner names that represent hate groups. Yet you ban me and strip me of ALL the probably at least 100 hours I've put in THIS GAME in the last 3 months...while going to school and maintaining a job...I'm the kid who gets to be in shame to all his friends on here I play with everyday and be made to feel like i shouldnt invest my time or money into this game because I. Am. Obviously. Through. Actions. Not. Appreciated. I'd be surprised if this stays up for being so obviously opinionated about Riots LACK of customer and fan-base appreciation.

I don't know who had seen my prior complaints on my gameplay experience here with Riots League of Legends game. I will say this. Within less than 24 hours a Riot employee physically took into consideration my personal account that I have been playing on all morning and currently have a lobby full waiting for me. I noticed that an actual person addressed my personal complains directly from me posting my opinions about my experience on this very message board. I'm truly glad that i posted on this board because now i get the satisfaction I was hoping for in being able to say that Riot DID TAKE ATTENTIVE CARE OF ITS PLAYER/CLIENT ISSUE ONCE IT WAS PROPERLY ADDRESSED. I was quite discouraged that after directly contacting Riots player relations I was sent a link to the general forum posts for the LARGEST PC GAME IN THE WORLD...YET WITHIN 24 HOURS MY CONCERNS WERE ADDRESSED BY AN ACTUAL PERSON WHOM TOOK IT UPON THEMSELVES TO HELP IN THE BEST WAY THEY COULD TO MAKING MY GAMEPLAY EXPERIENCE BETTER FROM THIS DAY FORTH. THAT IS REAL CUSTOMER/PLAYER RELATIONS. Thank you Riot for your time in reviewing my requests. You have MOST DEFINITELY restored my faith in this awesome game.

So i understand the seriousness of being afk, i went afk last night and started getting sick and was permanently off the rest of the night. I really don't get sick often (like once a year) it was from drinking 4 monsters the day and night before and playing league; however, I did go afk in the middle of a match. From my last complaint on here on how after being upset with a player (1 and only not in MY lobby) and had my Mentor accolade stripped and later having ALL (roughly 400 to 500 votes) to my profile honors and what not stripped. I got someone to give me the accolade back but not all my votes...I said heck I'll live with it no biggie at least they are trying. Even got on here and wrote on this very forum how happy I was someone took consideration of me on here.....After this week of me putting 20 bucks into league, putting in at least 40+ hours this week if not a lot more, always having a lobby of my own peers, and a 7 day IP boost I am a very active player right now. I am part of the people that make this game what it is. I don't understand after ONE game where I went afk and actually was getting sick I immediately get my Mentor banner stripped for all my friends thinking about joining my team in a few months to see and think less of me for. I think it is harsh and unfair. If you want my honest opinions I'm still upset I haven't gotten as many votes since I got them stripped as I did when I did. I'd appreciate it if I could get my Mentor accolade reinstated and not to worry about the votes. I will EARN them back by putting MY time and $$$ into this game. Just show me you care. Thank you for your time in reviewing my grievances.

I had a similar story, except it ended horridly. I had ping exceeding 10000 ( i kid you not) for the first 5 minutes of the game, and so I ended up getting MF fed as my sup decided to engage without me and got killed. Mid was learning mordekaiser and fed nidalee badly( she was 7/0 by 11 minutes). Top yi became toxic, saying we suck cuz we keep getting killed, adn by the time my internet stablized, i couldnt get back in the game and he and the jung proceed to tell us we suck cuz he had 2 kills and i only had 1 and our sup had no kill(which definitely makes sense). At that point, i had no more fight for that match while malphite and yi were just fighting each other.

Must have been normals. I'll report people being jerks on the other team in ranked, but wouldn't surrender for it.

Good to see the community treating each other well though in any more.

One of the few,,,, and I mean REALLLY FEW.... im talking Ant Man level size few moments here, where im glad there are still good sportsmanlike players out there in league.

sadly as a toxic rager myself these things don't happen as much as they should, kudos to those players.

i get that once about 60 games 40% of them being problem games and another 40% people ignoreing towers and dragons and chaseing kills but wondering how they lost or loseing

Played many games today okay

. Almost all games played had toxic behavior (most players didn't want to communicate or talk at champion select.) Most games I muted everyone

. Another two games I get junglers being idiots, my first game I gave up first blood barely, then my jungler runs in twice and gets the enemy two free kills.

The second game I get reported false "Negative Attitude" for simply asking the jungler when I go 0-3 in lane, to please stop running in my lane and getting the enemy "Free Kills", he doesn't listen continues to do this the entire game, on top of a bot lane who is doing badly everyone feeds the game is lost.

My faith with Riot Games is almost Zero

. Too many toxic players refusing to talk at champion select and trolling it (Riot doesn't punish this) But players choose to be toxic in my games after telling me to go bot after someone else in chat calls support I ask what they are playing and they don't talk at all throwing off our game.

Too many Junglers intentionally trolling I had the last two games where I was doing good my jungler just came mid and threw off my lane all together screwed us all.

I would love a Riot response on when they are going to enforce that players talk at champion select
