graves: still adc people just take him jungle because of his knock back to monsters/minions if riot removed the monster knock back people would take him bot as a adc again
corki: well how many bot lane ap carrys do we have? tf and teemo are the only ones that come to mind in terms of ap auto focus, kayle too if you wanna get technical
cait: hard to argue tho now she is more interesting and has better synergy in her kit
varus: that's the community not riots doing, pro players said they liked him mid so people did it, look to ap trynd for a much less successful example of people doing what pros do. if you want to think about it the community also enforces the meta and it's hard to break out of it sometimes but everyone can go anywhere
ez: well ez is kinda more mage than marksmen a solid hybrid champ with options i see people run full ap and full ad works just fine after all "it's all skill"
mf: she only got buffed, i always laughed when fighting a mf it was like a bully holding a nerdy kids head as they swung at me not doing anything, now tho? i hate fighting mf if i'm in a sour mood she is a real threat now and one of the best if not the best lane bullys

twitch/sivir: are kinda weak imo that's not to say they're something to laugh at but i just see other champs using most if not all of the new items and mastery's better
kalista: no changes so i still laugh at her regardless of who i pick
draven: if the teams smart they 4v2 him after level 4 to make him loose stacks which is even harder for him to cash in without a good supp, feast famine he's good but needs to snowball
quinn: is actually pretty strong now, still a oddball but she fits into the squish carry role much better
ashe: no ashe love? OP come on show everyone some love ashe is the worst adc right now since they made her q one auto at a time with no synergy with the rest of her kit w doesn't even keep the stacks running
all n all tho id say marksmen are in a much better place than before much more viability and more than just jinx/vayne bot with a support
