An UNFAIR land!!! Let`s talk about "Bans", "Summoner`s Name" and "Language Barrier"

DEAR Riot,

I sincerely appreciate the recent CHAT ban on my account (Dwimordene, EU West) and I came here to talk about that and about some things even MORE important that you guys should pay more attention!!

First things first, The so called "Tribunal" banned me because "I" was using a bad language towards the players in game, BUT you guys forgot to send me an e-mail asking me if it was everything ok with me, why did I have a lot of reports and AFK games and WHY my language was so INAPPROPRIATE to League Of Legends grounds...and decided to e-mail me only after banning me. Well I recently discovered that my account was being used by someone else, a flatmate was playing on it without my consent My point is, why no one wrote to me before, why the "Tribunal" only saw what was going on IN GAME and forgot the rest and didnt even bother to do so...

Next issue (AND THAT IS A BIG ONE), on my last Ranked game played (28:49 played with Nami) I had a really peculiar player on it, named "The Fuhrer" (Vayne)!!!

As you ALL may know (or probably not, like one player on my Team DID NOT know, Riven "xL0rdBl4ckx") "Fuhrer" or "Führer" WAS Adolf Hitler BUT, "Fuhrer" or "Führer" can also means LEADER... Nowadays Germans don`t use the word "Fuhrer" anymore, "Leiter" is the correct word for LEADER...YES, I CAN PROVE!!

The word Führer in the sense of guide remains common in German, but because of its strong association with Nazi Germany, it comes with some stigma and negative connotations when used with the meaning of leader. The word Leiter is therefore used instead."

So what happened, the game started because I did not want to leave on champion selection and no one else as well, I was supposed to go to the Bottom Lane with "The Fuhrer", but what did I do, you may ask me...I simply denied and didnt go there to play with him/her. I went to the Top Lane with Riven but then she/he said she/he wanted to play alone, ok I left her alone, then I went Middle Lane and the same thing happened...After that I went to base and was watching the game and reading all the comments about me, and you know what was funny?? I couldnt do ANYTHING because I was banned from chatting, AMAZING!!! So I had to wait every 4 minutes to write a big paragraph about why I wasnt playing and what was going on, BUT I couldnt write to "ALL" because my ban didnt allow me to do so...And everyone was making jokes and flaming my Team was asking the enemys to report me because I was AFK and Trolling, and I was there just watching...

Now my last issue, one thing that League Of Legends and the Elo system dont do properly is LEVELING the players accordingly (by leveling I mean, putting them at the same Team, classified by Level, Rank and GAME PLAY (the most important thing). The system is completely inaccurate (just like the "Tribunal") I will give a good example, some people cant even SPEAK English properly and sometimes they dont understand what you say and keep talking in their languages (ES, IT, FR...but never in English) and to be honest that is really annoying. Another example, GAME PLAY, you cant put someone that never played a champion before and want to try this champion on a Ranked Game, or someone that never played a different lane or a different role (ADC, Support...)!

Am I suggesting to eradicate, BAN, foreign language (Non English) from the game?? YES, I am... (Or maybe to create different servers to different Countries not Regions) Am I suggesting to review all the flaws inside the Elo system and the "Tribunal" rules?? No DOUBT!!

It is time to Act now, because League Of Legends is losing many players (already lost) due to the fact that the game is not "Fair" sometimes, fairness is something that you cannot discuss on a PVP Game, I know, but you guys can do it BETTER, and it is always possible to find a solution for those PROBLEMS!!

Anyway, if after this e-mail Riot doesn`t do anything about League Of Legends...So I guess the END is near! My condolences to League Of Legends!
