New queue for draft is horrible for pre 30

Queue times with "support" and "fill" as choices takes upwards of 40 minutes, and if it's not a weekend it can be upwards of 100 minutes. This wasn't the case before the new queues, and blind pick at this level is miserable. Please, the new design is nice and all, but I don't want to watch it for over an hour.
