Flaming

I haven't normally been a fan of looking at my chat but, recently have been trying to get better, and team communication is quite essential. But the problem Ive come across several times now are people flaming, and we all know that teammates who do put the team down, end up being the worse, and 80% of the time you end up losing the game. I AM IN SILVER 5 SO IF YOU DON CARE ABOUT PEOPLE BELOW YOU AT LEAST STAY FOR THE STORY ITS NEAT. I recently played a game where our top lane didn't connect to the game, our mid lane yasuo was quite upset. Th beginning of the game was quite fine, our jungle had 3 kills, add had 2, mid had 1, we were in the lead in towers, kills, and dragons. The other team begins to gank mid, killing the yasuo 3 times, he starts to complain like expected from a silver. But then gets ridiculous, towards the end of the game he decides since the fiora hadn't connected and had been afk this long then why should he be doing anything since the game was 'her fault', keep in mind we were still in the lead. The yasuo decides to, not dc, but sit by our blue doing ctrl4, which led to us losing 3 towers, and dying a bit. Instead of helping heal the wound he was cutting deeper, and i just don't think things like this should be allowed. I think we need to find someway to get the report system a bit of a boost, rather than just picking a column and giving a brief explanation.
