Refunding champions.

I was just feeling frustrated because I often buy champions that I don't play and waste a lot of hard grinded Ip. I just wish we get 3 refunds per season or at least one, I mean c'mon how much is Riot going to lose for 1 champ refund...

1 champ refund which is about $3-4 times x million players....
