[IDEA]An Extra Reporting Option - Way to Good

When i started playing League of Legends I had a terrible time after getting out of bot games. It seemed like every game that I played my entire team got destroyed because there was a smurf or two on the enemy team.

The whole idea is to put only an extra option into the report menu, and that is to let the system know that an account is a smurf or is way too good to be playing at that level. The intent is not to ban the account, but rather use the matchmaking system to place them in games that more suit their skill. This would be helpful to the lower level players in the community that hate to deal with smurfs or people that learned how to play faster than most. An example is a level 8 smurf that is platinum 5 or something. If it is clear that the player is way too good, the matchmaking system can use the recent games data to put a player into a more suitable queue.

I am aware that the system does it's best to avoid this, but it is way too frequent, and not fair to lover level players. I am currently level 21 (yeah i know, i'm a noob) so this doesn't affect me as much as it does the lower levels but the point is to try to give the lower level players help when they get into the vicious world of PvP.

Just Food for thought Riot.

I like this idea of a reverse "unskilled player" report option.

That being said, I'm not sure how useful it would be for new players--what about the possibility of a "permasmurf" sadistically reporting players for "overskilled player" for no other reason than to get matchmaking to treat them as smurf accounts?

Nope, because then you will get buddies to keep on reporting for being way too good to boost their MMR and get out of elo hell just to create a higher version of elo hell when escaping is impossible because it's now everywhere.
