Hello there everyone, I've yet to receive my mystery skin from the end of the Snowdown, and I was wondering if anyone was experiencing something similar? My friends have received theirs and I do believe I meet the requirements, but I apologize if it's underway and I'm just being impatient. thank you all for your time, and have a good day!
It may take until the end of next week! If you are worried about it though, you can always contact player support and see if you match the requirements! I literally just got mine on my main account after getting one of my smurf days ago.
Remember that it only started what on the 7th? Just wait remember that they need to do this to over millions of accounts! They can do this all in a day or even a couple of days. Plus I'm sure some people will be missed from the automated system thus would either need to contact support or something. I would say if you haven't gotten it by next Sunday then start writing to someone about it. Till then just keep waiting like most of us at doing!
