Chat in loading screen.

Loading screen is boring, but most important, is that when you're in a premade talking via VOIP you can talk about strategy if you want. If loading had chat (only with your team, like an extension for the champion select chat), i think it could improve soloQ experience like Team Builder does. In Team Builder you chat with people until you can play, then you can discuss strategies, do a quick meet, etc..

What do you think guys? wouldn't be an improve?
