I was thinking since it's rather difficult for beginning streamers to start up why not have like a board where they can post their stream and have the league community see it. Reddit does something like this but it's not as effective :/
You know how flooded that board would be? Just go to Twitch alone and just scroll through all the small numbered streamers. If each one posted there it would be a giant cluster fck. Then you have to also consider those other streaming sites as well.
WHile I think its a helpful idea I don't think it would really benefit anything.
