Chroma skins gifting for IP?
Are we going to be able to gift each other Chroma Skins for IP when riot releases the IP sale?

No.. only buy them for yourself.. KEEP IN MIND 1 chroma skin is not a chroma pack.. its 1 skin.. Like for lucian , Red , yellow , blue are all different skins , (I see alot of people saying they gonna buy the pack for 2000ip..)
idk if we can even gift chromas at all can we?
