Dodging

So I don't remember the persons username so this is pretty much pointless but Riot needs to redesign their matchmaking system or how dodging is punished. Yeah it's a problem that isn't easy to solve but this was ridiculous. I queued up with a friend for ranked and this one person was saying "fuck you guys i'm going to feed every lane" someone said someone should dodge and then the troll said "no don't dodge so i can feed, fuck you guys." My friend said he would bite the bullet and dodge so we wouldn't have to play with that asshole. He was in silver 2 and he lost 3 points. If we had played with that guy he would have lost points either way. This is ridiculous, the system is geared towards screwing honest people and it helps assholes. I know it's not intended to be this way but that's how it is.

And those jerks don't usually get reported because there is no way to do so in champion select, so they can be jerks all day long with no consequences.

I would like to see 1 dodge allowed per day and some kind of "Flag" button to click when someone is saying they are going to troll or feed. That way if there is a dodge it can go straight to the top of the claim board before anyone gets a ban/penalty from dodging.
