dear riot

soooooo what can I say about u guys? Apparently not too much before you guys put the hammer down on me. My issues with the game have been getting deeper and broader with each patch and as much as I try and "help them improve" it seems all my thoughts and opinions are constantly ignored. From unbalanced champs to glitches to the removal of champion identities. Today's disaster stems from how awesome their matchmaking system works, above is a link to my last game in which your amazing system matched me and 3 other bonzies and a lvl 29 against a gold and a couple of silvers. I'm not here to boast or say that I should win more games because im totes waaaay better than anyone, I know all too well I'm just a scrub bronzie so everyone can keep the "unskilled" trash talk to themselves. So what brings me here today is this; I made a complaint after the game about how terrible your system is and wouldn't you know? Banned, didn't get any sort of warning or chat restrictions nothing. Just banned, so thanks riot I hope u feel proud of yourself in the way u treat your players and listen to their issues. This is a warning for anyone else who might want to play this game and has an issue with anything in the game. Its clear to me now if your not brownnosing riot consider yourself banned like me. Riot obviously is as good as taking their customers thoughts and feelings into consideration as they are at creating a matchmaking system in which even teams can be found. Maybe instead of taking your failures out on your customer base you could maybe work on your issues and maybe just maybe you would have a much less toxic game, but hey I don't expect any of you riot employees to care about my thoughts or feelings at all at this point I only expect more punishment from you guys for having an issue.
