Please don't add Division markers on loading border screens * /r/leagueo...

In my experience discussing this topic, it seems that almost everybody I have talked to thinks that the division markers are a bad idea. It seems that all they will do is create a reason for people on your team to flame you if you're in division 4-5. It's pretty irritating that they are announcing the division markers now when the season is almost over, so now people have to scramble to rank up after not playing more than a few games this season.

Questions to Riot:

1. What did you intend with the division markers?
2. Why do you think they are a good idea?
3. Are you considering removing them?
