It says I'm not Level 30 so I can't play PVP/Co-Op but I am Level 30?

I'm very confused. I just got unbanned and I wanted to play some League of Legends but it turns out I can't access PVP/Co-Op because I'm not Level 30 although I am Level 30? I can only play Custom. What the f*ck. Already sent a ticket, #14926582.

That's how it is for everyone, hence the red exclamation mark that describes the problem at the top.
