1m Champ mastery=1 skin

Right now, the champion mastery is quite useless, it only shows you play that champ a lot, but i think it would be great if you could get a skin from that champ by reaching a certain amount of points, like 1 million. I mean, it's not giving the skin for free, but Riot could put discounts, like the cards where the skins are at -20%, -30% , -50% -70%, but only for the champ you have 1m points with. That would make people want to play a lot the champ they like most and would help to improve their skills with him/her, because you dont get 1m points unless you havent played much.
