Twisted Treeline 3v3 Bot Problem?

Hello to anyone out there,

Recently I have been playing some 3v3 matches on t.t. in normal queues with randoms and I have been having teammates/ enemies that will practically instalock and then when the match starts they will feed for the entire game, simply auto attacking minions and continually dying to enemies. They do not respond to any comments that you make towards them, nor do they say anything. Not even gg at the end. The first game I noticed it happen, I had a "real" teammate and we both tried to coach the "bot" player and tell them to be more careful but the "bot" just kept afk feeding and farming. After that I reported and we managed to get the other team to also report. Then came the second game where I actually had the exact same "bot" from the previous game in the new game, along with the other teammate which was also apparently one. As soon as the game started, the opposite team said something along the lines of "gg looks like you have two bots on your team, we have one". I don't really know how they knew (maybe they recognized the names), but that game was over in ~9 mins.

My main question here is why is this even happening? And why does it seem to be isolated to t.t? If a rioter sees this I feel that this is a major issue that needs to be addressed and maybe even putting a section in the report a summoner where we can report players like this and then their cases are automatically put at the front of the line for the tribunal or investigated.

Anyone know of solutions? I feel that this is a big enough problem that it needs to be addressed. It's ruining the fun of twisted treeline and I dont think I want to play on that map anymore unless it's fixed.
