Feral Flare stacks reset

I just played a game as Shaco. I had about 30 stacks on feral flare 40 something minutes into the game. My GA popped and then i killed a couple people died and respawned. I didn't notice this until after I respawned but my feral flare stacks had reset to 0.

Has anyone else had this issue with feral flare's stacks resetting?
