LVL 19 How it is being underleveled

You either play really good or really bad. Worst is the people who say they are smurfing and blaming the new players for losing the game. They are new and shouldnt recieve this amount of harass. I saw a post of someone quitting because of the toxicity. Plz crack down on this.

Unrelated: MAster Yi is still the hyper carry for low lvl players and teemo is a good pick. Kinda funny
