You know what i don't like about this afk buster?

Ok so several weeks ago i had an emergency to deal with immediately. i explained to my team the situation and left the game. i accepted the fact ill go into a lower priority que for that. But here is the thing. for this last game I did not know my connection would be faulty before i entered the game. I had to reconnect several times to help my team to victory. What i don't think is cool is that the afk buster cannot tell the difference between someone intentionally leaving and someone who is having technical difficulties. The fact that i had to reconnect a good 10 times should indicate that i was not doing this on purpose. But i now have to deal with the low priority que again. It's not like i have a history of not fixing the problem before i play again. gah rabble rabble rabble.

So, while I agree with you that LeaverBuster can be frustrating, it's important to note that the system shouldn't take into account whether it's intentional or not. Even if it's accidental or otherwise not your fault, you are still leaving a game and thus potentially ruining the experience for nine other players.

LeaverBuster doesn't generally do anything to punish the occasional leave or connectivity problem, but if it becomes an even remotely consistent pattern it flags the account. This isn't necessarily meant as a punishment to the person getting flagged, it's there to protect** other players** from having to deal with that person's connectivity issues.

I agree I had internet problems last night and we lost a game my internet dropped twice during the game and at the end I dropped and I got the leaver buster. I attempted to connect back but Internet was down. I really now have to wait 20 minutes for a few games because of 2 games. I played 30+ ranked games without dropping out of one and I get a dang Internet problem and now I have to deal with this. I really agree there should be some built in system like so many dropped games per time period or like if you play 35+ games and happen to have 2 bad games with connection issues you don't get the LEAVER BUSTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Really unfair tbh.

I just checked i'll have to wait 20 mins as well once i figure out why I'm losing connection.

thing is most normal people have stable internet so if you get leaver buster its from more than one time. Emergency's are your problem even if it is one you cant let other people suffer on your behalf intentional or not. The point is you have plenty of chances to fix the problem if you keep getting longer que's you didn't fix anything.
