Okay i gotta wait 10 minutes cause my computer overheats and shuts off i still come back into the game but i manage to wait 10 freaking minutes can riot do something about this and get rid of it??

This is working as intended. Your computer and connection are your responsibility.

You don't have a 10 minute low priority queue because of this 1 leave. If you are at 10 minutes, you should have had AT LEAST a warning and a 5 min low priority queue.

It says 10 minutes not 5 i just tried to get into a game with acouple of my friends and it says 10 minutes

I know, im saying that you should have had a warning the first time you left and some time after that a 5 minute low priority queue and NOW after those you are getting the 10 minute. My point is that its not for 1 leave, its for a growing history of leaving.

It should tell you but I think they are always 5 games.

You should really think about what is causing you to leave so many games and work on fixing it. Because if you keep leaving at this rate its only going to get worse.
