So my account was permanently suspended for a $10 chargeback. So I payed it the way I was supposed to.(Sent a ticket with all the info required)
I used a $10 pre-paid card. I sent them the pin.
How long will it take for my account to be un-suspended?

From what I've been told (Take this with a grain of salt because it's not officially confirmed) if you have a chargeback, your account goes into a negative state where it is locked until you pay back the amount that bounced or was refunded.
Once that is payed back, I believe they re-enable your account, but it can take some time.
With you saying that your account was "permanently" suspended however, this may not be the case... I'd at least give it a solid 24 hours before sending in a support ticket because it's probably processing.
