Questions for improving player behavior @riot

Hi beta community! I am conducting a survey for college, it involves me answer a question and researching about this question. My question is how to "improve" the behavior of internet websites/forums, and have come by some already interesting studies on the subject and would like to interview any rioter with any sort of knowledge into this.
