I am really worried about this. I am not sure how but RP has been added to my account. Says $100 dollars of RP has been added. I am really scared about this. Is there a way to reverse this? I want to do something about this. I tried doing the Fraud thing online here but it says I need the card number that I don't own. Can someone please help me? Thanks
1.) Change your password and your associated email address immediately through the boards website you're on right now
2.) Have a glass of ice water and a calm down, panicking is the worst thing you can ever do in any situation
3.) Take screenshots and open a ticket in the support page (though good luck, Rito support is useless).
The only reason you should worry is that your account has been accessed by another user. Your account is only associated to an email address, not a social security number or name/address. You can't be held responsible in any regard, but you need to make sure your account is secure.
First thing you need to do is verify your email address and change your password. After that, submit a support ticket explaining the situation. They should be able to help you determine what happened.
You might also check your RP purchases to determine where it came from. From the client, go to the store, then the purchases tab, then click on the "RP Purchase History" button.
Change email/password, submit support ticket is the best thing i can think of
Like the others said, send a support ticket. they might not get to it right away, though, so don't spend the RP until they let you know if it's ok.
On top of what everyone else has said, I would also remove any credit / debit/ paypal that are saved to your account, just to be safe. Because I'm paranoid I never save that info.
