So let me get this right. EUW is GREATER than NA MINUS French. But the only problem is France isn't in NA, thus it can't be "MINUS French". unless you are indeed talking about all the French players that live in NA. But even if that is the case, I don't know of many French players that are in the NA LCS, thus I can not agree that "EUW > NA - French > All". Because the equation itself does not make sense. Maybe you should re-write your equation to "NA + France > EUW - France > All"
